Well today's challenge between K and I was smoke. I don't know how my glasses got in the smoke. :P This is pretty much out of the camera, just a slight darkening of the background, and a touch of levels. I'm pretty happy the way this Smokin' Glasses.

ReplyDeleteI have no idea how you did this but it looks lovely and the colour of the smoke is a beautiful blue. And try not to feel bad about your gallery. There will always be someone who outshines the others. I look at Kims gallery for example and I shake my head in wonder. I guess it just practice that does it! You have some lovely shots here and it's a gallery to be proud of!

ReplyDeleteVery nice, sublte picture. Too often smoke pictures have bags of smoke in the shot, and tey just look over done. Keeping it simple here has produced a great effect!

ReplyDeleteI think there is a face in the smoke that looks like Homer Simpson. I've never been able to capture smoke. You did a great job. (had to delete to edit, eek!)
