Day 31 "Over"

All the candies are gone and so is the challenge. I had a blast with everyone. Thank you for all the wonderful comments. This was fun and also frustrating at times. But I will do it again...lol. This photo didn't turn out exactly how I wanted it to, my models were getting a bit frustrated with me. :-) I know they're glad this challenge is over.

Day 30 "Fuzzy Wuzzy"

K and I choose fuzzy as today's theme. She's got a broken arm, a fever, and a head ache. I think she's happy that the challenge is almost over. :-)

Day 29 "Game"

Today was a free day for me, since K uploaded her humans one. So this is what I came up with. Anyone wanna play? Actually you can teach me again. I forgot how to play.

Day 28 "Humans"

Well today was suppose to be humans. I took my camera to school, but got only three shots, this was the best one I had. I had absolutely no time to do any kind of serious photo today. I almost didn't submit anything. But I'm so close to the end, so I guess you can call this photo my "filler". Sorry!

Day 27 "Soldier"

Today's idea for K and I was metal. Anything metal. When we moved into this house my hubby found this guy up in our attic. He is made out of some kind of metal, he is really heavy, and he is only about 6 inches tall. I am not sure what it is used for, or if he is a antique and worth some money. So if anyone has any clue, please let me know.

Day 26 "Monsta Truck"

So today's theme for K and I was toy. This is a remote control monsta truck. I think it came out pretty cool. The color is actually purple, but it looks blue. And that's a unicorn on the hood. I like it, think it came out cool. It is pretty scratched up in real life...lol. I'm still on my original theme, all my photos have been shot with my 50mm f/1.8 lens. Whew, down to the end. I can do it, I can do it. :-)

Day 25 "Liquid"

Today's theme for K and I was liquid. I didn't have much time to plan my liquid shot today, and my daughter wasted all my food coloring the last round. So this is what you get today. Sorry!

Day 24 "Smokin' Glasses"

Well today's challenge between K and I was smoke. I don't know how my glasses got in the smoke. :P This is pretty much out of the camera, just a slight darkening of the background, and a touch of levels. I'm pretty happy the way this Smokin' Glasses.

Day 23 "Tank"

K and I decided today was fish day. This is the start of my salt water tank, it's 55 gallons. It seems to be coming along. It'll get more interesting as I progress. And more colorful. Right now we caught all the fish and shrimp and crabs in the tank except for the big stripped one. There is also a fluffy black starfish hiding in the rocks, and a big crab about 3 inches wide that keeps knocking things over and breaking them. I have three banded shrimps, some pretty orange fish, which spend most of the time hiding behind the rocks, and a bunch of small little silver fishes. I do have one ity bity tiny silver and black stripped fish, he's my baby. I'll get more colorful fish once the tank is established and I really know what I am doing...ahahahah. Maybe I'll try and get some blue damsels again tomorrow. Hopefully they will survive now.

Day 22 "Not Again"

Today was head shots day. My model at first wanted to pose until I said let's brush your hair first. Then that turned her off. I got only 5 shots. I liked this one the best.

Day 21 "Butterfly"

Not much time to get a good photo today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Day 20 "Unicorns"

K and I decided that today would be a photo a crystal day. This is one of them etched crystal blocks. You know the kind where it is etched 3-d on the inside. This is only the top portion of the block, I couldn't get the whole block in focus, below the unicorns is a wizard and a fairy on a flower plant.

Day 19 "Swirly"

This has got to be one of the hair brainest ideas ever. I don't know what K and I were thinking when we came up with this idea. I had to throw away my plate, and I also have fingernail polish all over my hands. I hope you faired better K. Anyways here's my fingernail polish on ice.

Day 18 "Sgt. Pepper"

Here's the pepper that I was suppose to do yesterday with K. But I didn't have time. I failed at getting any smoke to show in the photo. :-( But I do love that I got the bottom back light and the top, top light. It was a good exercise, thanks K. I will need to figure out a way to get smoke to show.

Day 17 "My Bad Boy"

This big guy is my bad boy fish. I got some new fishes today, and he is chasing them all around the tank. He's a bad boy. He's a bully, at 3 1/2 inches top to bottom, and about 5 inches side to side. My photo isn't the best because I'm rushing, we are going back out tonight fishing. We been out all day. I didn't even get to shoot my pepper that I promised to do with K today. Sorry K. I wont peek, I'll submit mines tomorrow and then I'll go over and look at yours.

This is a portion of my dad's lamp. It's my favorite lamp, and yes I bought it for him. I got good taste...ahahahahah.

Day 13 "The Green Lady"

My friend brought me this thing when I was pregnant with my daughter. I'm not sure what it is, but it looks like a baby stealer to me. I may be wrong and I hope I am. If anyone knows what it is, please let me know.

Day 12 "Sadie My Lady"

This is my dad's dog. Her name is Sadie, she is such a lady. I would say 95 percent of the time when you see her laying down, her front legs are crossed. I think that is so cute.

Day 11 "The Lord's Supper"

Day 10 "Dance With Me"

This is my daughter's ballerina statue. I love the feathers on her skirt. Click on her to see her larger, she's very beautiful.

Day 9 "Colorful"

My daughter helped me on this photo shoot. She set up the colorful tea party plates and I shot the photo.

Day 8 "Beary Cute"

My daughter in her Hannah Montana outfit. She said Hannah poses with a bear, because she loves her teddy bear. So she had to pose with her bear. She looks so grown up in this photo. It's gotta be the angle.

I made this sign for my dad's pool a long time ago. I love it, I also like the depth of field I got, but I wish it wasn't so washed out. Oh well can't win them all. I like it anyways. :p

Day 1 "Froggy"

Here's my first photo of my challenge. As soon as I saw this froggy at my mom's house I just knew I had to shoot it. It is shot from inside the house, the frog was in front of a window and the bushes were far away, so that I got a nice shallow depth of field. My post processing sucks. But hopefully that will improve with this challenge. Please leave me any and all comments.
